Walerview is located directly east of Fort Carson with easy access off of Powers Blvd or Grinnell. Metropolitan Club is located in off Hwy 24 and Woodman Road in Peyton (northeast corner of Colorado Springs). It is minutes from Peterson Air Force Base and Schriever Air Force Base.

Journey Homes has a simple philosophy. Keep a constant inventory of high quality affordable homes available for quick move in. When you tour our home sites you will be able to walk through the actual homes that are for sale - not a model or misrepresentation of what is being offered. Our homes are standard with features that our competitors charge extra for. What you see when you tour is what you get - the homes are not speced with lots of upgrades that make them unattainable for your budget.

The homes are also move-in ready with time frames you can make work - most times 30 days or under to a closing.

Walerview is a master planned community. When it is complete it will have schools, nature trails and neighborhood parks. It is home to many of our relocated veterans. It's proximity to Fort Carson and our pricing (low 200's) make it very attractive to the personnel that are being reassigned to the Colorado Springs area from bases such as Fort Hood, TX. Journey Homes is acutely aware of the struggles that are caused by relocating and have thus our concept of available inventory homes. Our goal is constantly have at least one spec of each floor plan in inventory for immediate sale and occupancy, so that when you are reassigned to the area you can simply tour the homes, pick one out and move in. We feature 3 car garages and 4 bedroom plans for those needing some extra space. Full landscaping and fenced in rear yards are standard features on our homes in the Walerview community.

Metropolitan Club is part of the Woodman Hills Recreational District. With that comes access to pools and recreational centers - all included in your HOA fees. There is also a golf course - Antler Creek is right off the subdivision featuring affordable and easily accessible tee times and a very long course (8100 feet of links). Peyton is a growing community on the very northeast corner of Colorado Springs and has very easy access to both the Air Force's bases and the Powers Blvd corridor (which has multiple dining facilities, shopping center, and a semi pro baseball team - the Sky Sox).

Purchasing a home from Journey Homes is a stress free as buying a new home can be. Our sites are open daily for public viewing. You will have access to a trained new home salesperson, but are more than welcome to bring your Realtor along to help with your selection of a new home. We are a VA and FHA approved builder with access to VA and FHA approved lenders. The homes are prebuilt for ease in the selection process and each site features 10 or more floor plans to fit your needs. We include move in features and can wrap closing costs into your loan if necessary so that all you need to do is move in with little or no money out of pocket.
